Cadre announces that it has named Maury Dumba President.  In this capacity, Maury will be responsible for running the entire portfolio of Cadre.

Prior to joining Cadre, Dumba spent 20 years as a leader with substantial broad functional experience in several major companies, including General Electric and Schlumberger.  He has a proven track record with several start-up companies, and in each case has established a strong business, created customer-centric services, and achieved optimal revenue growth.  Throughout his career, Mr. Dumba has demonstrated a strong track record of success.

Mr. Dumba will reside in Houston, Texas where Cadre is headquartered.
