Cadre, a leader in the oilfield and pipeline construction industries announced the appointment of George Orr to the post of General Manager, Cadre Pump and Supply.
03/13/2008 - “George Orr’s prior functional experience in the areas of Human Resources, Safety and Quality as well as his Executive and operations experience in oilfield services arena will make him a significant asset to Cadre’s leadership team. George has a proven history of building great teams and driving growth through focused Customer service”, commented Cadre President, Maury Dumba.
Orr’s recent experience includes seven years as Petro-Rental’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer as well as positions with Baker Oil Tools, OSCA, INC., Champion International and Stone and Webster Engineering Corp.
George has a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Industrial Education from Penn State along with significant post graduate studies in the area of Business Administration.
George’s customer service philosophy is simple; ensuring that the right people and right equipment are there to support our customer’s requirements. He believes that our success as a company is predicated upon satisfying our customers. Cadre Pump consists of three core businesses; Machine, Fabrication and Rod & Crane. The machine business supplies new and refurbished pumps as well as provides maintenance and rebuild services site or in our facility. The Fabrication group fabricates metal products including skids, pressure control packages and riser rebuilds to name a few. The Rod & Crane business services pump rods, completes dyno surveys, services pump jacks and rents mobile cranes.
