Cadre Acquires Oilfield Construction Assets
HOUSTON, Texas, April 24, 2008 – Cadre announced today that it has acquired oilfield construction assets located in Southern Louisiana and Southeast Texas from Basic Energy Services.
The equipment, including approximately 5,500 hardwood mats, heavy equipment and vehicles, will be integrated into Cadre’s existing oilfield construction businesses: Cadre Construction of Texas and Cadre Construction of Louisiana.
“This acquisition will enable us to further solidify our already strong position in these markets, allowing us to serve more customers in these regions,” stated Maury Dumba, President of Cadre.
Cadre has been serving the energy services needs in Texas and Louisiana for over 25 years.
