Cadre Completes Purchase of Assets from Oilfield Construction Company in Kilgore
HOUSTON, Texas, June 30, 2008 – Cadre announced today that it has acquired the majority of the assets formerly owned by Pirtle Energy Services, an oilfield construction company near Kilgore, TX.
In this acquisition, Cadre has acquired the equipment to service the customer base previously served by Pirtle. Cadre has also hired many of the personnel previously employed by Pirtle to continue supporting customers. Pirtle had been serving East and Northeast Texas, as well as Northwest Louisiana for the last 5 years, providing construction services for new well lease locations and roads, as well as maintenance services, including general roustabout services, production hook-ups, small diameter pipeline construction, and site and ROW maintenance.
