Cadre, a leader in the oilfield and pipeline construction services announced the reorganization of their Southern Louisiana Division and the appointment of George Orr to the post of General Manager, Southern Louisiana.
Orr began his career with Cadre in March of 2008 as the General Manager of Cadre Pump and Fabrication Services. He has realigned that business to better serve our existing client needs while increasing our reach to new customers throughout the region.

George builds great teams that focus on their core strengths and chooses areas of growth that meet the market needs”, commented Cadre President, Maury Dumba.
This new organization combines Cadre’s 6 businesses in the region: Oilfield Location Construction, Maintenance, Marine Rentals, Mechanical,, Fabrication and Rod & Crane. The Oil Field Location Construction business includes drilling location construction and board road installations as well as production hook-up’s, lease crew services, and gathering line and small diameter pipeline installations. The Maintenance business provides a variety of services such as right of way maintenance, valve change outs, pipe repairs, and other roustabout services. The mechanical business supplies new and refurbished pumps as well as provides preventative maintenance and rebuilding services, either on site or in our facility. The Fabrication group fabricates metal products including skids, pressure control packages and riser rebuilds to name a few. The Rod & Crane business services pump rods, completes dyno surveys, services pump jacks and rents mobile cranes. The Cadre Marine business offers barge and crane rentals for the shallow marine market.
